Constructive developmental framework

Constructive developmental framework is a way to think about how people learn and grow. It looks at how we learn things in three parts. First, our experiences help shape who we are. Second, we try to make sense of our experiences and figure out what is important. Finally, we organize the information that we've learned to create our own unique way of understanding the world. This helps us to think more deeply about our experiences and it also helps us problem solve. This framework can be used to help people understand their own learning and growth process.
