ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Consularis

Consularis is a big word that means someone who helps people who travel from one country to another country. It's like having a friend in a different country who helps you with things like getting a visa, which is like a special permission slip to enter and stay in a country for a certain amount of time.

These consularis people work at something called an embassy or a consulate, which is like a special building that belongs to one country but is in another country. They help people who come to visit or work in the country they are located in, and also help people who want to go from that country back to their own country.

The consularis people might also help if someone gets sick or has an accident while they are visiting the other country. They might also help if someone loses their passport or gets their wallet stolen, because these things can be scary and make people feel stuck and alone in a place that is not their home.

So, consularis people are like important helpers who make sure that people who travel and move around the world are safe, happy, and have everything they need to get from one place to another.
