Consumer Rights Act 2015

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is a law in the United Kingdom that is meant to protect your rights when you buy something. This means that when you buy something, you have certain rights. You have the right to expect that the item you have bought is of a good quality and fit for purpose - this means that it should work as it is meant to and not be faulty. You are also entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if your item doesn’t work as it should or if it breaks too soon. These are all rights that you have when you buy something and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 helps protect them.
