Consumer ethnocentrism means that people prefer to buy products made in their own country. It's like feeling a special kind of loyalty to the people and businesses in your country. People who practice consumer ethnocentrism might think that products made in other countries are not as good as those made in their own country. So they only buy things that were made in their own country.
