Consumer intelligence

Hello there! So, first we need to understand what a consumer is. You know when you go shopping with your mom or dad and they buy things for the house? They are the consumers!

Now, consumer intelligence is all about understanding what consumers like and what they buy. It helps companies figure out how to make things that people want to buy.

But how do they figure out what people like? Well, there are lots of ways. One way is by looking at what people are talking about on social media. Another way is by asking people to fill out surveys or giving out free samples to see which ones are the most popular.

Companies use this information to make their products better or to even make new products!

So, consumer intelligence is basically like a secret power companies use to understand what people want to buy so they can make better products.
