ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Continuous cruiser

Okay kiddo, imagine you and your family are going on a really long drive in a boat down a river. A continuous cruiser is someone who lives on their boat and travels along the river, but they can't just stay in one spot for too long or they might get in trouble. Just like how you can't stop your car in the middle of the road for too long, the same goes for boats on the river. The reason for this is because other people need to use the river, and they might not be able to get around your boat if you're blocking the way. So, a continuous cruiser has to keep moving their boat every so often to make sure they're not getting in the way of others. This way, they can still live on their boat and enjoy the river, but they have to follow some rules to make sure everyone stays safe and happy.
