Cooked rice is when you take little grains that are hard and uncooked, and you put them in a pot with water.
Next, you turn on the stove and let the water boil around the rice until the rice gets nice and soft.
Once the rice is soft, you turn off the stove and take the pot off of the heat.
Then, you can use a fork or a spoon to scoop the rice out of the pot and into a bowl to eat.
Cooked rice is yummy and can be eaten all by itself or with other yummy foods!
