Cooping

Cooping is when someone works for multiple employers at the same time. It happens when a person applies to work for one company but then does work for a different company, without letting the first company know. This can be dishonest, because the first company isn't getting the work that the person is supposed to be doing. It can also be difficult for the coworker to manage, because they won't have enough time to get all the work done.
