Cophenetic correlation

Cophenetic correlation is a way of measuring how well two sets of numbers are related. It looks at how close the numbers are to each other, and how well they "match". For example, if you have two sets of numbers (like heights of animals) and they are very close to each other, they would have a high cophenetic correlation. On the other hand, if the numbers in the two sets are very different, they would have low cophenetic correlation.
