ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

religious skepticism

Religious skepticism is when someone is unsure about religious beliefs. For example, someone might be skeptical if they don't understand how something in the Bible happened, or why it's important. Skeptics look for evidence to prove that something is true, and if there is no evidence, they don't believe it. Some people might use scientific experiments, or rely on information from books, to decide whether something is true or not.
