Relationship between religion and science

Religion and science are two different things. Religion is a set of beliefs about a higher power and how that power works in the universe. Science is the study of the natural world, including how things work and how things change.

Even though religion and science are different, they are both concerned with understanding the world around us. Religion tries to explain why things happen and what the purpose of life is. Science looks for facts and evidence to understand how things work.

Both science and religion try to answer questions about the universe. However, they often come up with very different answers. Religion often relies on faith, stories, and beliefs, while science relies on evidence, observations, and experiments. This means that while science and religion can both help us understand the world, they often have different opinions on the same thing.
