Conflict thesis

The Conflict Thesis is an idea that says that science and religion have always been in conflict with each other. It means that science and religion don't always agree and can be very different in the way they think. People who believe in the Conflict Thesis think that science and religion are always trying to prove each other wrong. People who don't believe in the Conflict Thesis think that science and religion can work together and that it's possible to have both.
