Fideism

Fideism is a belief that faith, or trust in God or in religion, is more important than anything else—much more important than facts, evidence, or logic. It means that you should trust what you believe and have faith in it, even if there is no scientific explanation or proof for it. This is different from other kinds of beliefs which rely on evidence, logic, or facts to support them.
