Coptic American
Ok kiddo, let me explain what a Coptic American is.
Do you know what Egypt is? It's a country with a long and ancient history, with many different groups of people living there. Some of these people are called Copts. They are a group of Christians who live in Egypt, and have been there for a very long time.
Now, sometimes people from different countries move to America, to live here and work and raise their families. So some Copts moved to America, and they are called Coptic Americans.
They have their own culture and traditions, but also speak English and have friends who are not Coptic. They might go to a Coptic church and celebrate holidays with their family and friends, but they are also part of the larger community in America.
So, being a Coptic American means that you are both Egyptian and American, with your own unique background and experiences. It's pretty cool, isn't it?
