The Copyright Remedy Clarification Act (or "CRCA") is a law that says that people who own copyrights can sue for money if someone takes or uses their work without their permission. For example, if someone copied a song without asking the songwriter and made money from it, the songwriter would be able to sue the person who copied it. The CRCA also gives copyright owners more control over how their work is used by giving them new legal rights to stop people from using it without permission. All of this means that copyright owners will have more protection when it comes to their creative works, and they'll be better able to make money off of their work.
