Corporatization is when you make a business into a corporation. A corporation is a big company that is owned by lots of people, and it is usually formed to make money. Corporatization usually means that the business is now owned by lots of people and it is much bigger than before. The people who own the corporation can make decisions about how it is run and how it makes money.
