Outsourcing

Outsourcing is when a company gets help from people or companies outside of their business. Instead of doing all their work in-house, they hire other people to do some of it for them. This makes it so that the company can focus on their core skills and activities and let someone else do other things they don't have time or resources to do. For example, a company might outsource their customer service or IT departments. It helps them save money, since they aren't paying for a full-time staff, and it gets things done faster since experts with more experience are doing the work.
