Counterfeit United States currency

So, you know how there’s money and you can use it to buy things like toys or candy? Well, sometimes people try to make their own money that looks like real money but it’s not. This is called counterfeit currency.

The real money is made by the government and has special things on it, like pictures of important people and special designs. These things are really hard to copy so that’s how people can tell if money is real or fake.

When people make fake money, they try to make it look like the real money but it’s not the same. This is against the law because it’s like stealing from the government and everyone else who uses money.

People who make counterfeit money can get in trouble and go to jail. So, always make sure that the money you get is real before you use it to buy things.
