Crispy kangkóng

Kangkóng is a green leafy vegetable that grows in wet places like rivers and swamps. Crispy kangkóng is cooked kangkóng that is very crispy, crunchy, and delicious to eat.

To make crispy kangkóng, first, we need to gather some kangkóng leaves from the river or swamp. Then we need to wash them clean to remove any dirt or mud. After that, we dry them up so that they are not wet anymore.

Now, we need to fry the kangkóng in hot oil. To do this, we heat up some oil in a frying pan or a wok until it is very hot. Then we carefully put in the kangkóng leaves and cook them until they turn crispy and golden brown.

Once the crispy kangkóng is done, we take it out of the frying pan and sprinkle some salt on it to give it some flavor. And that's it! Now we have a bowl of crispy kangkóng that we can enjoy as a snack or as a side dish with our meal. Yum!
