Criticism of democracy

Democracy means that people get to choose their leaders by voting. Criticism of democracy is when people say that democracy is not working very well - that the leaders people choose do not always do a good job or make fair decisions for everyone. People might also criticize democracy because it does not always give everyone an equal say in the decisions made.
