Croatian Americans

Croatian Americans are people who were born in Croatia, but live in America. Croatia is a country in Europe, near Italy, Slovenia and Hungary. Croatian Americans usually come to America to have a better life, to go to school, to find a job, or to be with their families. In the United States, Croatian Americans are very proud of their culture, their language, and their food. They often celebrate Croatian holidays, such as Christmas and Easter, and have traditional Croatian food like sarma and strukli. You can find Croatian Americans in almost every state!
