Cruiser Baseline

Okay kiddo, imagine you're building a toy car. Imagine the car has different parts like wheels, a body, and an engine. Now, when people talk about the "cruiser baseline" they're talking about the starting point for building a certain kind of car called a cruiser.

The cruiser baseline is essentially a list of things that the car needs to have in order to be considered a cruiser. Just like how a toy car needs wheels, a body, and an engine to be a car, a cruiser needs certain things to be considered a cruiser.

These things might include the size of the car, the shape of the body, the type of engine it has, the type of wheels it uses, and lots of other things. All of these things together make up the baseline.

Now, why is the baseline important? Well, it helps people who build cars make sure they are building the right kind of car. If someone wants to build a cruiser, they can look at the baseline to make sure they have all the right parts and features.

So basically, the cruiser baseline is just a list of things that a car needs to have in order to be a cruiser. It helps people build the right kind of car and make sure it meets certain standards.
