Cryptographically secure pseudorandom number generator

A cryptographically secure pseudorandom number generator (also known as CS-PRNG) is like a machine that makes a list of numbers that looks really random. But don't worry - these numbers are actually created using secret codes, so that only people with the right secret code can read and understand the list. Nobody else can tell what the numbers mean. That's why CS-PRNGs are really secure and helpful when you need a random list of numbers.
