Cuajada

Cuajada is a type of cheese that comes from Spain. It is made by taking a special kind of milk (called "raw" milk) and adding a type of bacteria called "rennet." This bacteria is very important because it helps the milk turn into cheese.

Once the rennet is added, the milk starts to thicken and become a solid. This solid is called "curd." The curd is then put into a special container and left to rest for a while. This is called "setting."

After the curd has set, it is ready to be cut and served. The cheese is usually white and has a slightly tangy flavor. It is often eaten with a type of dessert called "honey cake."

So, in summary, cuajada is a type of cheese that comes from Spain. It is made by adding a special bacteria to raw milk, which causes it to thicken and turn into curd. The curd is then set and cut, and served with honey cake.
