Customer to Customer (C2C) is a type of business that focuses on customers selling products or services to other customers. This can happen in different ways. For example, someone could visit an online marketplace like eBay or Etsy where customers can buy and sell items directly to each other. Or, people can set up their own website or store where they sell things from their home or office directly to customers. C2C can also happen in person, such as at a flea market or farmers market. In all cases, C2C businesses focus on two customers buying and selling items instead of a company selling things to customers.
