Cylinder head porting

Cylinder head porting is a way of making an engine run better by changing the shape of the holes that let air into the engine (called ports). It is like giving the engine a bigger and easier to use 'breathing tube'. The bigger and smoother breathing tube helps the engine get more air so it can make more power. It is like if you put a bigger straw in your drink, you could drink it faster.
