Dahiya doctrine

Okay kiddo, so there's a thing called the Dahiya doctrine. It's named after a place in Lebanon called Dahiya.

Now, some people think that if you're fighting in a war, you should focus your attacks only on military targets like tanks and soldiers. But the Dahiya doctrine says that it's okay to attack not just military targets, but also surrounding areas where there might be innocent people living.

This is because the people who believe in the Dahiya doctrine think that attacking the surrounding areas will weaken the enemy's morale and make them less likely to keep fighting.

But some people don't like this idea because it can cause a lot of damage and hurt people who aren't involved in the conflict. So it's a pretty controversial idea, but some people still believe in it.
