Data drilling

Data drilling is like a game. To play the game, you need two special tools: a data set (all the pieces of information) and a drill (a special tool). Data drilling is like digging with a drill. You pick up a piece of data and then you drill into it. This means that you break it down into more pieces of information that are smaller and more specific. You do this until you find the most specific answer you can. The goal is to get a better understanding of the data and see how the pieces of the puzzle fit together.
