Dean v. Utica

Okay kiddo, have you heard of a thing called insurance? It's like when you pay some money to an insurance company, and if something bad happens to you, you can get some help for the costs.

In this case, a man named Dean bought some insurance from a company called Utica. But then something bad happened - Dean got hurt in a car accident and needed some medical help.

Dean asked Utica to help him pay for the medical bills, but Utica said no. Dean was upset, so he decided to take Utica to court.

The court had to decide who was right - Dean or Utica. They looked very carefully at the contract between Dean and Utica (that's like a special paper that says what they agreed to).

After looking at everything, the court said that Utica should have helped Dean with the medical bills. The court ordered Utica to pay Dean the money he needed.

So Dean won the case! Yay for Dean!
