Decadal Planning Team

Decadal planning team is a group of people who work together to set long-term goals for an organization. They look 10 years into the future and create a plan of action to help the organization reach its goals. This plan usually includes goals that need to be accomplished in the short-term, as well as ideas on how to get to those goals. The team also identifies potential risks and put plans in place to address them. For example, if the organization has a goal to increase profits by 10% in the next 10 years, the decadal planning team would work together to create a plan to make that goal a reality.
