ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Decentralisation

Decentralisation is when things are spread out so that no one person or group is in charge. Decentralisation means that different people can have power and take care of different parts of an organization. This means that decisions can be made faster and easier and it is less likely that one person is making decisions that affect everyone. This can help make sure that everyone's voice is heard and that everyone has a say in how things work.
