Decentralization

Decentralization is a way of setting up something so that no single person or group is in charge. Instead, power is shared across a network. This can be done in different ways, such as giving each person a say in decisions, or sharing out tasks and responsibilities. This makes things fairer, and can make it easier to get things done.
