DeconGel

Decongel is a fancy term for defrosting or thawing out something that has been frozen. When we freeze food or other things, we make them very cold so that they don't go bad. But when we want to use them again, we need to warm them up so that they return to their normal state.

To decongel something, we have a few different ways to do it. One way is to just leave it out at room temperature and let it slowly warm up on its own. Another way is to use warm water or a microwave to speed up the process.

It's important to decongel things properly so that they don't get too warm too quickly, which can make them go bad or lose their texture or taste. We also need to make sure they are fully decongeled before cooking or eating them so that they cook evenly and safely.
