ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Digital constitutionalism

Digital constitutionalism is when we think of the internet like a country with its own set of rules and laws. Just like in a real country, these e-rules decide how people can use the internet, such as how websites and applications should protect our data and what kind of content we can or cannot see on the internet. Digital constitutionalism helps to keep the internet safe and fair for everyone.
