ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Your intestine is a long tube in your body that starts in your stomach and ends at your bottom. Food from your stomach moves through the intestine and mixes with digestive juices from your pancreas, liver and gallbladder. This helps break down the food into small pieces that the body can easily use. At the end of the intestine, some of the food is changed into waste, which is called poop. It's important that your intestine works properly so that your body can get energy and stay healthy!
