Discrimination against atheists

Discrimination against atheists is when people treat atheists unfairly because of their beliefs (or lack thereof). This might include not hiring an atheist for a job because they don't believe in the same religion as other people, telling them they are wrong for not believing in a religion, teasing them or bullying them because they are an atheist, or even not allowing them to join or participate in certain activities because of their beliefs. Some people think atheists are bad or wrong because they don't believe in a religion, but this isn't true. Everyone should be allowed to believe (or not believe) whatever they want without being judged or discriminated against.
