Diseuse

A diseuse is a French word meaning "woman who talks". It is used to refer to a person, usually a woman, who has the talent of storytelling or performing music and poetry in public. They usually use gestural and vocal expressions to perform, and the stories and songs they tell may be about their own life or about traditional folktales.
