Disinfectant

Disinfectant is a special kind of cleaning thing that helps kill tiny germs that can make us sick. Just like how we use soap and water to wash our hands and get rid of dirt and germs we can see, disinfectants get rid of germs we can't see.

These tiny germs are called bacteria and viruses. Disinfectants have special chemicals inside them that stick to these germs and break them apart so they can't grow anymore. When we clean with disinfectant, we make sure our homes, schools, and hospitals stay clean and healthy.

It's important to remember that disinfectant is not a toy and can be very dangerous if not used correctly. We should always let a grown-up use disinfectant and make sure we stay away from it until everything is clean and dry.
