Distributed leadership

Distributed leadership is a way of sharing responsibility for leading a group. Instead of having one person make all the decisions, different people can take turns leading and making decisions. This way, more people can have an influence on what happens in the group. It makes sense because when you have more leaders, you can sometimes come up with better solutions because everyone gets a chance to voice their ideas.
