Distribution of justice

Alright kiddo, so justice means making sure everyone is treated fairly and gets what they deserve. But how do we decide what's fair? That's where the distribution of justice comes in.

Picture a cake. It's a big, delicious cake, and everyone wants a piece. But how do we decide who gets how much? There are a few different ways we could do it.

One way is to give everyone an equal slice. That means everyone gets the exact same size piece, no matter who they are or what they've done.

Another way is to give people different sized slices based on how much they need or deserve. So maybe someone who hasn't gotten any cake yet gets a bigger slice than someone who's already had a lot. Or maybe someone who helped bake the cake gets a bigger slice because they put in more work.

The distribution of justice is all about figuring out which of these ways is the right one to use in different situations. Sometimes we might use an equal distribution, like when we're splitting up toys to play with. Other times we might use a needs-based distribution, like when we're giving food to people who don't have enough to eat.

Overall, the goal is always to make sure everyone is treated fairly and gets what they need and deserve. Just like with the cake, we want to make sure everyone gets a piece that's the right size for them.
