ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Double movement

So imagine you're playing a game where you have to run from one end of the field to the other, and you have to hold a ball while you do it. But there are lots of people trying to stop you from getting to the other end.

Now, sometimes when you're running, the people trying to stop you might grab you or push you to try and make you drop the ball. But if they do that, the rule is that you get a second chance to try and go from where you were grabbed.

That second chance is called a "double movement." So it means you get to move again, but it's only allowed if you were grabbed or tackled before you got to where you were trying to go.

Basically, it's like getting a do-over because someone was being mean and tried to stop you from getting where you wanted to go. But it's only fair because they weren't supposed to try and stop you like that!
