Drain commissioner

A drain commissioner is responsible for making sure that rainwater and other liquids are safely and properly drained away from streets, buildings and other places. They make sure that everything is built according to the right specifications so that water can run away safely and not cause any problems. They also inspect existing drains and pipes to make sure they are working properly and do repairs when necessary.
