Draugr

Draugr, pronounced as "Drow-ger," are creatures from Norse mythology. They were once people who have died, but they came back to life as undead beings that are very strong and terrifying. Imagine a ghost-like, zombie-like creature that is like a skeleton, gray and with long hair. They are also really angry and want to harm people who come near them.

These creatures could be found in graves or tombs, guarding treasure and attacking anyone who comes in. They are really dangerous because they can't be destroyed easily. You can't just hit them with a stick or sword and expect them to drop down. They are very strong and cannot be killed easily, even by brave knights or warriors.

But, according to the myth, there are some ways to protect yourselves from them. If you think someone you knew who has died has become a draugr, you should put iron or steel over their head while they are sleeping in their tombs. This is supposed to prevent them from waking up as a Draugr. You could also put salt on the ground to prevent them from moving around.

In summary, a draugr is a ghost-like, zombie-like creature that guards treasure and is very difficult to defeat. If you meet one, be sure to protect yourself with iron or salt.
