Drinking in public

"Okay kiddo, so you know how we have our own house and we can have snacks and drinks there anytime we want, right? But when we go outside, especially in busy places like the park or downtown, there are rules we have to follow. One of those rules is that we're not allowed to have drinks in special cups, like cans or bottles, out in the open where anyone can see it. That's called 'drinking in public', and it's against the law because it can make other people feel uncomfortable or unsafe. So if we want to have something to drink while we're out, we have to bring a special bottle or cup that doesn't look like the regular ones, or wait until we're in a special place where it's okay to have drinks in regular cups. That way everyone can have fun and stay safe!"
