Duchy of Vasconia

Okay kiddo, let's talk about the Duchy of Vasconia. It's a place that used to exist a really long time ago, in a part of the world that we now call Spain and France.

Basically, a duchy is a fancy word for a place ruled by a duke. And the Duke of Vasconia was in charge of a big area that was home to a group of people known as the Basques.

The Basques were pretty unique because they had their own language and culture that was different from the people around them. And the Duke of Vasconia was responsible for making sure they were all taken care of and that everything was running smoothly.

But over time, things changed and the Duchy of Vasconia disappeared. Today, the Basques still live in that same part of the world and they are still proud of their unique culture and language.
