ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Dutch Chilean

A Dutch Chilean is someone who has both Dutch and Chilean heritage. The term "heritage" means the things that come from your family's history, like where they were born or their culture.

The Netherlands is a country in Europe, and Chile is a country in South America. So a Dutch Chilean has family history in two different parts of the world!

This might mean that the person speaks both Dutch and Spanish, which are the languages spoken in the Netherlands and Chile, respectively. They might also have different cultural traditions and foods from both countries.

Being a Dutch Chilean means having a unique combination of different cultures and histories that come together to make one really cool and interesting person!
