Dyspepsia

Hi there! Have you ever felt a tummy ache or nausea after eating something? That's called dyspepsia. It means your stomach is having trouble digesting your food. Dyspepsia can make you feel bloated, full, or uncomfortably full, and it can also cause heartburn. Basically, your tummy is upset and needs some time to feel better. Sometimes, eating smaller meals or avoiding spicy foods can help with dyspepsia. If it keeps happening, it's best to talk to a doctor who can help you figure out how to feel better.
