ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

E-rulemaking

E-rulemaking is a way that the government can put new rules and regulations in place. It's an electronic (online) way for people to offer their opinions about how things should be done. The government can then use these opinions to make sure the rules are fair and work for everyone. People who participate in e-rulemaking are helping the government make sure the rules are the best they can be.
