East Asia–United States relations

East Asia-United States Relations means how friendly the countries in East Asia (like Japan, China, and South Korea) are with the United States. Over the years, the United States has had different relationships with the countries in East Asia.
Sometimes the countries are friendly, meaning they have trade agreements or have meetings to talk about how to solve problems. Other times, the countries can get upset with each other, like when the United States and China don't agree on how to handle the coronavirus pandemic. No matter what, the United States and East Asian countries always try to keep an open dialogue, so they can keep a good relationship.
