Egalitarian dialogue

Egalitarian dialogue means having a conversation with someone where everyone's ideas and opinions are treated equally. Imagine you and your best friend are trying to decide what game to play. You both have different ideas, and you both want to make sure your ideas are heard. Egalitarian dialogue means taking turns talking and listening to each other without interrupting. It also means thinking about what the other person said and considering how their ideas might be just as good as yours. When we have an egalitarian dialogue, we can work together to find the best solution for everyone instead of just one person getting their way.
